When we walked in and showed Anna to Grandmother - she said "That's my Baby!!" and just absolutely LIT UP with excitement! We asked Grandmother if she wanted to hold Anna and she said "YES!". When we laid her in her arms Grandmother got the BIGGEST SMILE I've ever seen and just looked at her then back up at us. She kept saying "Mama's baby" and "Grandmama's baby" over and over again.
It was so neat to see her just gush over holding Anna. She would rub her legs, smooth her clothing out and every time Anna made a noise she would just look at her and smile.
She held Anna almost the entire time we were there and just talked to her non stop. Mom said that this is the most Grandmother has talked in a while.

This video is later in the day when Grandmother was just talking away to her. (sorry, to most this is boring and long, but this is more for my fam :) ) She kept calling her a boy and we couldn't help but to laugh... didn't matter what we would say she was still convinced it was a boy. Oh well - sorry Anna ;) Oh, and the headphones are a little listening device just fyi.

My aunt brings Grandmother stuffed animals that move and sing and she LOVES them and I think she loved watching Anna with them even more!

We had SUCH a great visit - and after seeing how much Grandmother lit up with Anna in her arms, it's hard to stay away for long. So glad we could make the trip!
What a great day we had. The movies are so good and grandmother was so very happy.
