Annas 1st Beach Experience

Today was our first *official* day at the beach. We were going to the Blue Parrot for lunch, but had to take AC out on the beach first. She LOVED it!!! She loved watching and listening to the waves. Chris walked out into the water with her and she had so much fun! We didn't put her in the sand because I didn't want to get her dirty before lunch, but her first experience near the ocean was great!

After lunch we got dressed for the beach, loaded up on sunblock, and started putting out our chairs and umbrellas. Poor Chris and Phil had quite the job doing this - the chairs and umbrellas get HEAVY walking with them in the sand!! We put out AC's new tent and our huge square beach towel fit perfectly under it!

1st time in the sand. She put her hands in the sand and then immediately rubbed them in her hair. (and check out the curls!!)


Let me explain the funny crop on this pic... Anna was sitting between my legs and when Chris took the picture he didn't take that into account so it was a less than pleasant shot of me... so I had to crop out my "legs"


It was a great first day at the beach. We can't wait to go back tomorrow!
